Returns and Warranty Policy

 

Return Policy & Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase date excluding shipping and handling. Bulk or custom orders do not qualify for returns (please see sections below).

Refunds will not be issued until we receive the product. You MUST contact use for returns and open an RMA prior to shipping the product back to us at contact@roltic.com. Returns must have order and RMA information enclosed to help processing your return quickly.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in its original packaging. Static sensitive device MUST be packaged in ESD safe packaging that the product was originally shipped in to prevent it from ESD damage.

Bulk Orders

Bulks order are orders consisting of 5 or more of the same product. Once bulks orders processing has started they cannot be canceled and are do not qualify for returns. Please make a smaller order for testing purposes to verify the product meets your needs prior to submitting a larger order.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are orders that have been made of an excising products or new product that have had customization made to them specified by customer. Custom orders do not qualify for returns.

Physical Damage

Physical damage during shipping will be covered by the shipping carrier. Any damage caused due to user error or modifications made by the user disqualifies the product from the 30 day money back guarantee and voids the product warranty.

Exceptions

We strive to make sure we can provide the best service to our customers, if you feel that your order might be a special case and warrants an exception to this policy please contact us to discuss the issue so we can work with you solve them the best we can.
